If your question concerns an order, please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a clear description of the issue. Depending on the request, we may ask for photographs, video, packaging, shipping-label, or tracking information so that we can review the matter properly.
We review order problems using the information provided by the customer, available carrier and fulfillment records, our published policies, and applicable law. Any available resolution will be communicated to you in writing.

Payment Methods
ClickBox currently accepts credit and debit card payments through Stripe at checkout. The payment options available for a specific transaction are displayed during checkout before the customer places the order.
ClickBox does not currently accept PayPal, cash, checks, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or other offline payment methods.
Prices and order totals are shown in U.S. dollars. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization. Please do not send payment card information through our Contact form or Wix Chat.
